Assembly Volunteer-
- 10:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m & 2:00 - 6:00 p.m (8/20 & 8/23)
- 7:00 - 10:00 a.m , 10:00 a.m -1:00 p.m , or 4:45 - 7:00 p.m (8/24)

Set Up - 6:45 - 7:45 a.m  (8/24)

Promotional Team - 7:00- 10:00 a.m , 10:00 a.m -1:00 p.m , or 4:45 - 7:00 p.m (8/24)

Check In - 7:00- 10:00 a.m , 10:00-1:00 a.m , or 4:45 - 7:00 p.m (8/24)

Floater - 7:00 - 10 a.m , 10:00-1:00 p.m , or 4:45 - 7:00 p.m (8/24)

Breakdown - 6:30 - 7:30 p.m (8/24)

Set Up -This volunteer is responsible for the preparation of the event at the beginning of the day. This role is ideal for volunteers who are quick on their feet and able to set up tables and chairs and other equipment for this event.
