Dallastown Cheerleading Tryout Registration Form 2024-2025
Hello and welcome! We are so excited that you are interested in becoming a cheerleader at Dallastown Area High School and Dallastown Area Middle School! Cheerleading can be a lot of hard work, but a lot of fun! If selected, there are certain personal and financial obligations that a cheerleader and his/her parents must understand to participate and remain a member in good standing on the team for the year. Please take some time to review our program expectations and important information on our website BEFORE completing this tryout registration Google Form and attending open gym practices and tryouts. After reviewing our website and the information in this document, please use this Google Form to officially register and begin your tryout process!

This form must be completed by FRIDAY, MAY 3rd, 2024

All information will remain strictly confidential. Athletes are responsible for learning the tryout material (posted on our website) independently (1 cheer, 1 sideline chant, and 1 dance) BEFORE in-person tryouts beginning on May 5th, 2024. Please substitute our school name, colors, and mascot into the tryout material. We expect student-athletes to attend at least TWO open gym practices before tryouts. Have fun!

Many of our expenses are funded by our DT Cheer Booster Club. All cheerleaders and a parent are required to participate in program fundraisers (These program fundraisers are different than the fundraisers for a cheerleader's individual account.) Specific participation will be explained and assigned at the mandatory athlete & parent meeting on May 20th.
