The Perkinson Center for the Arts and Education is seeking skilled Teaching Artists to conduct classes highlighting a variety of disciplines in our state-of-the-art education center. Ideal candidates are practicing artists in the disciplines of dance, music, theatre, and visual arts. The Perkinson Center welcomes dynamic and engaging artists interested in sharing their love for the arts with our diverse local community and beyond. Prospective candidates must submit a Class/Workshop Proposal Form for consideration.

Perkinson Center Class/Workshop Cancellation Policy
In order for a class or workshop to run at the Perkinson Center a sufficient number of registrations must be received (min: 5). The Perkinson Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an offered class or workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by the center, all enrolled participants will be notified and a full refund will be issued if a transfer to another course is not possible. Additionally, instructors will be notified one week prior to the course if the minimum number of registrations is not met to cover the cost of the course (Instructor pay + supply costs). Instructors will not receive payment for canceled courses.
