If you're opting for online coaching, you can expect:

- Tailored training and nutrition plan via an app to track your progress
- Weekly check ins
- Help and support with technique/form
I also offer workout only options via the same app so you can track your progress, 1:1 sessions in person at Freedom Leisure MK or via Zoom and I am also qualified to work with pre and postnatal clients.
No matter what your goal, whether it's to lose weight/body fat, build muscle, tone up, improve your relationship with food or become a bit more active, I can help you achieve it.
