I would like to enroll in a 2024 HUHS Boys Basketball Camp. I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge all staff members of the HUHS basketball camps of any liability or claims arising out of any loss, personal injury, or property damage that may occur as a result in participation in this program. I grant my son permission to participate in this program.

Session Dates: June 10-13
Session Times:
K-2: 9-10am
3-5: 10:15-11:30am
6-7:12pm-1:15pm
8-9: 1:30-2:45

Cost: $60--Includes Camp T-Shirt(Checks made payable to "HUHS Boys Basketball")
