Rod McDaniel Celiac Kids Camp - August 8-12th :  Registration Request
Please fill out the following form to request a Camp Authorization Code.  

Please make a separate registration request for each child you wish to attend.

Once reviewed by our staff, you will be emailed your invoice, registration link to Easter Seals Camp Horizon Website and Camp Authorization Code.  You will need to complete the registration process on the ESCH website and fill out any requested information, waivers and medical forms the camp requires.

This camp is subsidized by the Calgary Celiac Association and the generosity of the Rod McDaniel Family foundation.  

Subsidized Cost to attend is $500/camper.  
(Subsidized cost for non-GF siblings $650/camper)

Vaccine Status:  I understand that during registration, Easter Seals Camp Horizon will require confirmation that Camper is fully vaccinated.  (2 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine) or proof of exemption.   *
Reason for wanting to attend the Rod McDaniel Celiac Kids Camp ? This question is optional but helps us to determine priority eligibility for camp.  
Offers will be extended to those children who require a strict Gluten-Free diet.   Sibling offers will only be extended if space allows by the end of April (at a non-subsidized fee of $650).  Is there anything else you wish to tell us ?  If you require additional information please email info@calgaryceliac.ca.
