In celebration of the Coronation of Their Highnesses Prince Eckehard Thurn & Princess Jane Alexandria Fitzpatrick, Lochemere is hosting an event!

Lochmere's event will be a small fencing excerpt of Coronation itself.  Since Coronation has limited attendance, a variance has been allowed to hold these smaller events throughout Atlantia...like puzzle pieces that when put together create a whole.

Lochmere’s piece of the event is fencing focused and is located at a site in Jessup, MD that has limited parking and is restricted to 50 people.

All participants must follow current SCA guidelines including social distancing, mask wearing, and no sharing of food or drinks. For privacy concerns, the address will be emailed only once registration is approved.

Due to limited parking there will be priority given to carpool groups and those using ways to travel that do not require a full size parking space.

We would like to make this event as welcoming and accessible to everyone as possible. Do you have any needs or special accommodations that we can provide that will make your event easier? (example: handicap accessible parking)
The site is an outdoor only site with several sections of open field,  the ground is uneven, and one section is fairly step. Also due to the low numbers we can accommodate, the current plan is a single standard Porta-John. The current parking is not a dedicated parking area and the site is not typically used as a event site so typical ADA accommodations are not already available. We can not promise to meet every needed accommodation, but will do what we can!

This will be used to place you in your carpool group the same way designated camping groups work for larger events like Pennsic and Gulf Wars. Having consistent spelling and capitalization will help ensure your group is registered properly.

Your carpool will be officially registered only after all members of the carpool are fully registered.
Can your car be "blocked in" on site during the event *
We are very limited in parking and will likely have to double and triple park a number of cars in.
If your car can not be blocked in, please let us know if there is a window of time you are planning to leave or other time restraints to help us with parking.
Due to site requirements all persons attending the event must be vaccinated. Do you understand that you will be asked to show proof of vaccination before you can attend the event?
