Theatre Philadelphia is taking steps to gather information on theatre organizations for July 2021-June 2022 and upcoming plans.

Please complete the following survey from Theatre Philadelphia. You/your organization must be within a 35-mile radius of Philadelphia's City Hall. While we encourage all theatre organizations to take this survey, we also invite performing arts organizations or other organizations who have participated in Theatre Philadelphia's advertising programs to complete a survey.

Any information you provide will be reported only in aggregate. Theatre Philadelphia will use this aggregated information as a resource for artists and organizations and to help shape our upcoming programming initiatives.

Each company who completes this survey will receive a free show listing ad in the 2021-22 season. This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. Please respond by July 15, 2021.
