• Rain or Cancellations: If the event or performance is canceled, the customer may be issued a "Raincheck" if at least 24 hours written notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given any deposit is forfeit The Raincheck is good for the same performance or equivalent event within one year, that can be worked into the performers schedule. The Raincheck cannot be used unless the performer is available.
• We reserve the right to postpone services in case of unforseen events like extreme bad weather conditions, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate confirmed services on the earliest date possible following the original date.
Client Responsibility:
• Must provide drinkable water.
• Must provide shelter or shade.
• Please pay remaining balance upon arrival.
Gratuity is not included. But it would be much appreciated by our talented staff members who work tirelessly to ensure your guests have a wonderful and enjoyable day!
