How do you describe your child's development?
Family and Community
In our project family and school walk hand in hand. It is only possible to take care of children when both sides are open to understand the children's needs and take decisions together for a better development. Being aware of our own emotions and how we take actions is vital for the health of our community.
Communication: Home and School
As professional educators we feel strongly that to maximize learning for our students, we need good communication with parents in order to work together to benefit our students.
How do you describe your parental style? Please give examples. *
Non Violent Communication
The skills we encourage our students to learn are strongly related to non-violent communication. To communicate from the heart is essential in building community. The purpose here is to strengthen our ability to respond compassionately to others and to ourselves even, and especially in, situations of conflict.
How does your family solve conflicts? *
Our partnership with Gaia Education serves as a supportive system for the type of community we are trying to build. We focus on an international community, ecologically conscious who appreciates and promotes diversity, friendly interactions, sustainable decisions and care for one another. We encourage teachers, learners and families to build a community that supports positive growth for all.
