Check by each to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following responsibilities during scholarship time frame. *

I will attend a required educational class prior to receiving hive to receive equipment and build hives (free to student and parent or guardian)

I am willing to attend monthly meetings, workshops and educational classes offered throughout the year

I will present myself and give a hive update at one meeting.

I will present one ‘What’s Blooming’ report at a the July or August club meeting.

I will keep a journal of beekeeping during the time frame of scholarship (one year.)

If I decided to no longer participate in the scholarship, all equipment and hive will need to be surrendered back to the club.

I will be responsible for maintaining my hive and taking care of all my equipment.

I have read and understand all the requirements and responsibilities of this application.

My parent or guardian understands and accepts all the requirements and responsibilities of this application and understand my involvement if my child receives the scholarship.
