Lafayette Budget Survey
The Lafayette HSA raises money to help support the Lafayette DCPS education community. In addition to classroom supplies, extracurricular programming, support for the Peace Program and teacher appreciation, the HSA has traditionally helped fill gaps left by the school's DCPS budget. The HSA is using this survey to gather community sentiment to help inform decision-making as we prepare next year’s budget. Information about the current school year’s HSA budget can be found here.

This survey is focused only on funds raised by the HSA. Please click on this separate  link for an LSAT survey regarding funds allocated by the school district: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=7kagKk6zM0qSt5md8rwKMk6wjTfS0QtGi0x9d4VIgCxUNE1CMTBJTUw4V0o2TkVWN1ZUSzBaREhDVC4u)

Parents will be asked to take the LSAT survey after completing questions for the HSA.
