Extreme DREAM is an extension of the Davenport DREAM Project with a focus on vacant housing in the Gaines Street corridor area. Extreme DREAM can provide a dollar for dollar match for exterior and interior property improvements with the goal of restoring long vacant properties into an owner occupied homes.

Complete this INQUIRY FORM if you have attempted to contact a potentially vacant property deed holder, but have failed to received a response. The City is seeking to identify parcels that are of interest to rehabilitate and determine what options may be available in order to accomplish returning the properties to be contributing homes.
