It is vital that your form is filled in properly.
Follow these simple steps to make sure you have done everything correctly.

- You need to choose one option first choice AND also one reserve from block A, one from block B and one from block C.

- Each block must have a first and different reserve choice. Do not pick the same subject across blocks (even as a reserve), this will waste your choice.

*Note: six subject areas have entry requirements:

1) Future Pathways: If you have been selected for Future Pathways you would already have had a letter from Mr Whitaker and so you should pick Future Pathways for your choice in both A and B (with no reserves needed in A and B) and then you will only need to choose option block C.

Please do not pick Future Pathways (first or reserve) if you have not been selected.

2) Single Sciences entry requirement:

End of Year 11 Target Grade (national outcome grade) must be 5 or higher in Science

3) Computer Science entry requirement:

End of Year 11 Target Grade (national outcome grade) must be 5 or higher in Science and Maths

4) French or Spanish entry requirement:

Only select the same language you have been studying in Y8 (unless your exceeding your expected flightpath)

5) Music entry requirement:

Must be able to play an instrument or sing

6) D&T: please note both Product Design and Textiles cannot be picked together- they are part of the same specification.

Please have this done by the deadline!

Remember, it is very possible that you will receive at least one reserve subject so ensure you pick carefully!
