The workshops are running from 15th-19th July at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Downside Road, Clifton, BS8.
Please ensure you complete the form accurately and do so with a parent/guardian as there is a specific section they will need to complete.
You'll also need the name and email address of a teacher who could provide a reference for you so do make sure you have this information ready.
