All days open at 8:30am and finish at 5:00pm (5:30 late pickup), except for the short film making weekend. We provide plenty of fruit and water. Lunch is always included. There is a cost for the days, but if it is a problem, sponsored spots are available, just ask. Cost is $45 and for active members is $30 per day. All our events will be capped at 25 participants. You will be notified if you've got a spot. The invoices for direct deposit will be mailed around the holidays. If you have questions, email kevin@questionable.org.nz or verena@questionable.org.nz

Take Things Apart & Make DIY Christmas Decorations Day (Ages 8+): Fancy a laser-shooting dinosaur on your Christmas tree? Or a half-reindeer-half-unicorn or robot-Santa made out of wires and old circuit boards? We're taking apart our electronic waste to create our own Christmas decorations. You can bring your own things to pull apart or dig into ours.

Not Serious Days (Ages 8+): These days are just for fun. It is for hanging out with friends, playing games, playing more games and then well… probably blowing up a Minecraft world or something.

Serious Days (Ages 13+): Being in the Labs on the Serious Days is for making, creating, coding, working on projects, it doesn’t matter what, with friends and a bit of game playing on the side. A brain expanding day of questionable project time. Know your plan before you arrive. It can even be school work/study. On Serious Days we will keep on going into the evening (as with our normal Thursday Questionable Project group) so if you are staying late bring cash ($8) for our shared dinner.

Non-Digital Game Day (Ages 9+): A day full of everything you’ve always wanted to play: Dungeons & Dragons, board games, card games, weird theatreform games, timed NERF fights, live action role plays… and more! Bring your own games, if you want to (not necessary).

When we run groups and events it can be good to take photographs and video clips for a record of life in the Lab. We also might like to use some of these for publicity and to help with getting sponsorship. This should not be done without your permission. Here below we are asking for permission to do this. Importantly, if you give permission: You can remove permission at any time for any reason. We will do our best to share within the group any photos/videos we have. We will let the group know about images/videos that are public and you can ask for things to be removed. Our goal is to share our enthusiasm for the clever creative community we are building in Northland. We will only ever do that in a positive way.
If coming up with the program fee is hard, we are happy to have a chat and offer a sponsored spot. Are you in need of a sponsored spot?
