Vendors & Community Fair : Muskoka Pride Week 2024
Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Muskoka Pride Week.  For organizations who would like to have an information booth, or vendors who would like to sell products, at our community fair - we ask that you complete the short survey below.

Muskoka Pride will have spaces for vendors and community organizations available at the annual Pride Festival main event:

Sunday, July 28th - in Memorial Park, Bracebridge   11:00am - 3:00pm    
Over 2000 people are expected to attend.


All Community Organization booths are free.

Vendor booths (10' x 10' space) : $30'

Food Vendors - such as Food Trucks:  $50  
Note: Food vendors are responsible for their own permits with the Town of Bracebridge and Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit


Please include all contact information, so that we can communicate with you.  

Please be aware that pegs or stakes are not allowed in Memorial Park.  Tents will need to be secured with weights (sandbags, buckets of water, weights, etc).  

Vendor spaces are not confirmed until we receive payment in full (either by cheque or e-transfer to muskokapride@gmail.com).  We will contact you to confirm your participation.

We will be in touch with you to confirm your participation. If you have registered as a vendor, confirmation will only come after receipt of your vendor booth fee. Vendor fees can be sent via cheque (to Muskoka Pride, Box 253, Bracebridge, ON P1L 1T6) or e-transfer (muskokapride@gmail.com) You can email muskokapridefestival@hotmail.com if you have any questions.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
