PURPOSE: This form is intended at this time, for medical students from ALL years and ALL sites at the University of British Columbia to help with volunteering during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are a visiting elective student in BC from another Canadian medical school, you can also fill out this form.

PROCESS: After you fill out this form, your information will be processed by a team of student volunteers.

Please note that this initiative is not an initiative of the Faculty of Medicine or the University of British Columbia. It is a student-led, self-organized attempt to help the physician community.  As the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, these services may become limited as we reach capacity. We ask that students ensure timely responses to requesters and respect each others' limitations during this challenging time.
