Vendor Application for the Fall Craft/Vendor Fair

Evening Vendor Opportunity
    -Saturday, October 16, 2021
    -Open to public 5:00p.m.- 9:00p.m.
Barn Dance/Fundraiser for Team Becca Dancing with the Stars of the Burg
 
If you would like to stay for this event, we are asking for a $40 item donation from your booth for the Silent Auction that will take place that night.  If you are an outside vendor, you will have the option of moving indoors for the evening event.  (PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE INTENTIONS OF STAYING FOR THE  EVENING EVENT)

Space / Vendor Options:
     - Under Roof Spaces - 10' X 16' = $100 (In the Barns)
     - Outdoor Vending Space - 10' X 16' = $50.00 (On the Grounds)
     - Food Vendor Spaces available but limited - 20% of gross sales

Vendor Details:
    - Vendor setup Friday 3 - 6pm and Saturday 6:30- 9am (*Vendors must be set up by 9:00am. No exceptions.)
    - Credit cards accepted for payment via phone at 540-434-0005
