SunFest 2024 PARADE Application
SunFest is Saturday, June 1, 2024 9AM-3PM
Thank you for your interest in being a part of the SunFest Parade during SunFest 2024, hosted by the Rising Sun Chamber of Commerce! To be a part pf the parade, please fill out the form below. ALL participants MUST fill out a form. If you have any issues with the online form, please email SunFest@RisingSunChamber.org. All participants will receive an email with information in the week prior to the event.

Applications due by May 25, 2024 to participate in the Parade.

Parade Hours & Route Info
- The Parade starts promptly at 9AM, ahead of the main SunFest which begins at 10AM.
- Parade line-up begins at early as 7:30AM along Colonial Way
- You MUST enter the parade route from Biggs Highway onto Colonial Way
- The parade ultimately ends at Rising Sun Middle School

NEW UPDATES & POLICY FOR 2024 - AS DECREED BY POLICE DEPT (3/14/2024)
- NO Candy / Item toss from vehicles this year – Prohibited for Safety Concerns
- Wilson Ave is NOT an end of parade exit option – Prohibited for Traffic/Safety/Logistic Reasons. Participants may unload and take the shuttle back to either the Plaza Parking lot or up Pearl Street to SunFest.
