1. Confirmation will be made within 1 week via phone call or email.
2. For guest sign-ups, the Member must be in the same class as the guest.
3. No makeup lessons or pro-rated charges will be provided for participants who fail to attend the class(es).
4. There will be no pro-rated payments except for new enrolments.
5. There will be no lessons on local Public Holiday(s).
6. Lesson fees will be billed after the first lesson. The fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All payments must be made payable to the Club through their membership account.
7. To terminate lessons, participants are to submit the Termination of Lessons Form by the 15th of the current month to SGCC. Termination will be effective the following month. Lesson fees will be billed to the membership account unless stated otherwise. Late submissions will be processed for the next month.
8. The instructor and SGCC may use any photos or videos taken during the training sessions for publicity purposes unless otherwise participant notifies recreation@sgcc.com.sg after the submission of this form.
9. By signing up for these lessons, you consent to sharing your contact details with the instructor(s) for lesson-related communication.
10. The Club reserves the sole right to amend any of these T&Cs without prior notice.
