National Suzuki Summer Camp, 2022

This year LSG (Leinster Suzuki Group) will host the National Suzuki Summer Camp, 2022 for Suzuki method students learning Violin or Cello with a trained and registered Suzuki teacher.

Please note, all participants/ observers must have an up to date membership of the Suzuki Education Institute of Ireland. International participants must be members of their National Organisation. You will be required to provide an up to date SEIi number (or your National Suzuki Association identifier) for the academic year 2021/22 on this application form.

The course fee is €50 for all trained and registered Suzuki teachers observing who are NOT currently on a Suzuki Teacher Training Course in Ireland.

Please Make payment within three weeks of application to confirm your place. All payments should be lodged to the Leinster Suzuki Group bank acocunt, by bank transfer or lodgement in any Ulster Bank branch. Please add the narrative "Rolestown 22 TT- your surname". This is necessary in order for us to identify your payment. As soon as the fee arrives in our account,  we will send you an email with confirmation of payment received.

If the course is cancelled due to Covid restrictions, all participants will be refunded minus a small administration fee.

Information About Rolestown
 Information About the Venue

Rolestown National School is about 8km from Swords so we reccommend bringing a packed lunch. There is a petrol station nearby that has sandwiches and salads, as well as two hotels within 3km; The Kettles Hotel and Roganstown Hotel and Country Club.

Directions to Rolestown National School from Swords Main Street:

At the northern end of Swords Main St. there is a huge castle directly opposite you and a set of traffic lights. You should turn left at these lights, signed to Ashbourne.

You now are on the Rathbeale Road (R125) and as you drive out this road you will leave the village of Swords behind and it will become gradually more country/rural. You keep driving on this road for approx 7km.

You will know you are nearing Rolestown when you pass a very big hotel called "Kettles Hotel" on your left-hand side. Continue on for approx 1km and you will see a large turn to the right at a group of cottages. You will also see a sign for Fingal Ravens GAA club to the right here.

Turn right at this sign and about 500 metres further on, turn right again at the T-junction. Pass the church on your right and turn left straight after the church, towards the cemetery. The school is now visible in on your left hand side, keep driving around on this road until you reach the school entrance.

Nearby Accommadation
When searching for nearby accommodation you can look locally in Rolestown or in the greater area of Swords. If commuting to the workshop by car any Dublin Airport accommodations will also suffice. There are two hotels in direct vicinity to the Rolestown School (we would still recommend having access to a car or bicycle, this is a rural area and it's a couple of km's from the school) Kettles Hotel and Roganstown Hotel. Both can be found via their own websites or via Booking.com

Single Room €99.00 x 3 nights Room Only is €297.00 - with breakfast option it is €327.00.

Double Room €129.00 x 3 nights Room only is €387.00 - with breakfast option is €447.00.

Triple Room €169.00 x 3 nights Room Only is €507.00 -  with breakfast option is €567.00
