Job Description
Sista Afya Community Mental Wellness Is a social enterprise that specializes in providing mental wellness community support to young adult Black women in Chicago. Since Sista Afya launched in early 2017, we’ve serviced over 1000 Black women through support groups, individual & group therapy, workshops, holistic healing events, and community wide events such as Black Mental Wellness Weekend and the Black Mental Wellness Expo. We believe that by making mental wellness simple, accessible, affordable, and centered around Black women's experiences, more people will get what they need to have a full, whole life.

W2 employment position.
Part-time status (12-15 sessions/week) to start with opportunities to grow caseload to full-time status (20-24 sessions/week).
Health, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees.
Experience Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Illinois LSW/LPC required. LCSW/LCPC/LMFT preferred. We are currently not accepting any pre-licensed clinicians at this time.
- At least 3 years experience serving women of color; specifically Black women.
- At least 1 year of experience providing telehealth.
- 3 years of experience offering therapeutic interventions for people experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma & stress related disorders.
- Ability to work independently.
- At least 1 year experience using Electronic Health Records software to record assessments, intakes, and case notes.
- Ability to record client documentation accurately within a timely manner.

Ability to work 3 evenings a week.
Compensation: $40 - $48/hour based on work experience and level of licensure.
