2020-21 Synapse Annual Fund Pledge Form

For this year's Annual Fund, we ask each family to give to help us reach our goal of 100% participation and $840,000 in total contributions. If possible, we ask each family to provide a gift of $2,800 (or more) for each Synapse student in their family, to help us reach this goal. We ask that you make pledges of contributions as early as you can, by December 4, 2020. Payment can be made now or subsequently by March 31, 2021.
