St. John's Place Volunteer Form

St. John’s Place is grateful to everyone who gives their time to support our local community, whether this be on a regular basis or just once a year for fifteen minutes.  Our community events would not be able to take place without the help of volunteers.

I, Kathryn Willis, am the volunteer co-ordinator at St. John's Place.  One of my tasks is to maintain a database of all our volunteers and what events and activities each person is interested in helping with.  For this to be achieved, I must ensure that we comply with GDPR law by obtaining everyone's consent to hold key information about them. Without this we are not permitted to contact you.  Please could you therefore kindly complete the short form below.
