Uniform Request Form
Churches Together in Market Drayton have created a uniform hub to distribute second hand primary uniform for the town schools in the spirit of 'Recycle, Relove and Reuse' to stop perfectly useable items of school clothing ending up in landfill.

This year it will be running a little differently due to Covid-19 and so we ask you to fill in this form with a request for any items you need which can then be distributed to you via a socially distanced delivery.

Filling in the form does not guarantee that we will be able to get everything you have requested to you. Items will still be allocated on a first come, first served basis until our stock has run out, you will then be allocated a delivery day.

Once received, we advise you to leave the items for 48-72 hours before sorting through them and then give them a full wash before trying on.

Stock levels
We have varying stock levels of the different items you may need so it may be that we are able to help you out with some items and not others, but we will try our very best to get as much as we can of your request to you. If an item is not specifically listed below but your child needs it for school, e.g. PE kit, shoes, coats etc, we have a very limited stock of other items so please request it in the special requests section at the end and we will do our best to help.
