BigHug-KARC (karc.bighug.org) is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with mission to serve Korean small-business owners and their family through outreaches and professional consultation and seminars. We are at early stage of the foundation and looking for passionate voluntary directors to join our cause on supporting equities to underserved business run by minority immigrants who often gets discriminated by misinformation and guidance due to language and cultural barriers. Responsibilities
- Review and application for available grants
- Project management of ongoing grant programs
- Coordination of external communication and events
- Represents organization through emails and on-offline conference calls
- Organization and lead execution of monthly plans with other volunteers
- Monthly newsletter preparation with other volunteers

Qualification
- 3+ years of professional working experience
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Effective organizational skills on project and task priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and partners
- Bilingual to Korean or extensive exposure to Korean culture
- Respect and compassion for underserved communities
- Passion in non-profit organization or entrepreneurship
