SCASC Leadership Camp     July 10-14, 2022
Each delegate (including advisors, senior staff, and junior staff who are attending) must complete this form.  Junior staff members DO NOT have to pay, but JUNIOR STAFF MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE AND TURN IN ALL FORMS.   Applications, paper work and payment ($275 per delegate, $160 per advisor) should be postmarked by May 20, 2022.   Personal checks will not be accepted.  School checks or money orders will be accepted.  Credit cards accepted with a 2% service fee.  Contact Roger Mize (scasc.mize@gmail.com) to make credit card payments.  

Each school is limited to no more than seven (7) delegates, unless the school is a Palmetto member or is hosting a district rally or state convention.  Then the number is 8/9.   Adult delegates and SCASC officers do not count in the total.

Registration is not complete without the following:
1. Online Registration for each attendee
2. Medical form with all signatures for each STUDENT attendee.  
3. Copy of the insurance card for each STUDENT attendee.  
4. Participant form with all signatures for each STUDENT attendee.
5. School composite form
6. Payment for registration for all attendees.7
