The SEND HUB Community Events
The SEND HUB at Alfred Salter Primary School is a community of SENCOs and Inclusion Leads providing all schools with supporting the inclusion of SEND within the mainstream classroom. Led by Adam Bridle the Deputy Headteacher at Alfred Salter, the HUB delivers the following provision: 

HUB Community Events. Providing professionals with a forum to discuss current issues with their caseload. The forums also provide individuals with an opportunity to network with other local schools, share resources and best practice alongside some light touch supervision. ‘SENCOs felt able to be honest and supported by their colleagues in other schools, not competitive, and it was very practical and focused on the issues facing people right now.'

1:1 Support/Mentoring for new SENCOs. As the HUB lead, Adam Bridle is available to mentor SENCOs new to the role or new to their school setting. Adam has experience in a multitude of settings and is a Specialist Leader of Education in SEND.
