Annual Report for Religious Education: Academic Year 2019-20
Dear Parish Catechetical Leaders,
Once again, we are collecting information about your religious education program, most importantly your enrollment numbers, but other useful information as well, as we develop our own programming to serve you.  

The information you submit in this report provides us with an accurate picture of the great things you’re accomplishing in your parishes.

Please gather your enrollment numbers and take 10-15 minutes to complete this report before All Saints Day (November 1st).  We’ll be reaching out to the parishes we haven’t heard from after that date, so that we have 100% response by the end of the year..  Please help us out by responding as soon as possible.

We’re only looking for one response per parish.  If after filling out this report, you have corrections or questions, please let us know (sre@gbdioc.org); please do NOT re-submit a new response.  Thanks!
