Summit County Open Show Series 2020 JUNE Entry Form
If showing multiple horses you will need to fill out multiple forms.

It is encouraged for exhibitors to document what classes they signed up for- this form does not allow for an email confirmation.

THIS FORM WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED UNTIL YOU HAVE HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON AT THE END OF THE FORM.

DUE TO COVID-19 We will not be accepting Cash. Payment may be made via CHECK or PAYPAL.

Fees:
$6 class fee
$5 grounds fee (per horse, includes stall)
$40 All Day Fee + $5 Grounds Fee
$1 PayPal Service Fee

Show management reserves the right to change the show bill without prior notice. Classes may be combined, split, or cancelled at the discretion of show management. All classes must have 3 entries. Participants must be registered 2 classes in advance.  A liability waiver MUST be signed before entering any class. $35 fee for any returned check. No refunds will be given. Helmets required at all times. Uniform Rules for 4-H Horse Shows will be in effect- Please see website for exemptions.
Points are accumulated for each horse/rider combination for the entire season. Each horse/rider combination must have their own number. Failure to do so will result in loss of points. Wearing an incorrect number in the show ring will result in a disqualification. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure he/she is wearing the correct number  AND on the correct horse.
