APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED BY EACH UNIT/SUPERVISOR. If you have one unit/supervisor but are looking to have multiple interns, you only need to submit one application. If you have multiple units with different supervisors looking for an intern, you will need to submit one application each.
This application will take about 10 minutes to complete. Please have the following information ready:
- Contact Information
- Intern Information
- Letter of Approval from head of your organization (PDF)
A copy of your application will be emailed to you upon submitting.
