2022 Call for Speakers

MASAE is seeking speakers for our Annual Conference. The conference will be held as an in-person meeting at Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City on Dec. 1-2, 2022.

If you have an interesting program idea, you are invited to submit an application. By submitting a program, you will help shape the educational content of our conference. If selected as a speaker, you will gain visibility in the Mid-Atlantic association community and contribute to the advancement of the profession.

Members of the Conference Planning Committee will evaluate all proposed programs based on the following criteria: overall quality, relevance to the industry, well-defined focus, practical applications of material, timeliness of the topic and speaker qualifications.

To be considered as a speaker, your program must be educational in nature (for example, sales presentations will not be accepted). Associate members not exhibiting at the conference are not eligible to submit presentation proposals. In addition, your material should be original; otherwise, sources must be referenced. For multiple speakers, each speaker must agree to this submission. Incomplete program submissions will not be considered.

Submission Deadline: June 17, 2022

Notifications of Acceptance: July 15, 2022

SPEAKER FEES/EXPENSES: MASAE does not reimburse its members that participate as speakers at our conferences for their travel expense. However, MASAE members speaking at the conference will receive a complimentary registration to the conference in which they are speaking.

If you are a professional speaker, what do your charge for your honorarium? MASAE MEMBERS - MASAE does not compensate its members that participate as speakers at conferences for travel or speaker fees. However, MASAE does provide member-speakers complimentary registration to the conference in which you are speaking.
