Summer Project Organising Film Events - Balık Arts
Balık Arts will be providing a programme of 12 workshops (online and in-person) on film events management for 10 young people.
These workshops will cover:

- Film Festivals
- Community Cinema
- Programming
- Film Audiences
- Venues
- Accessibility
- Hospitality
- Film Screening Logistics
- Marketing
- Budgeting

The project will also include guest speakers from our network, mentoring, and possibly attending the set of a short film. The end goal of the project is for the team to utilise their new skills in organising two film screenings in the North London area, as part of our Taste of Anatolia Film Festival in November!

Participants will also be invited to the Opening Gala Reception of the festival in Cambridge and one person may be invited to join a project in Italy in September, if spaces allow.
