Formative assessment elementary methods II
This is a formative assessment of the class at the mid-way point.  You will notice I did NOT ask for names, meaning all answers will be anonymous.  This is a chance for me to make mid-course instructional changes to help you get the most out of the class.  Your candid feedback is important to me, will help me become a better teacher and will help me meet your needs for the class.  I appreciate the opportunity to work with you and value hearing your voice.  Your time and energy to this is valuable to me and I thank you in advance.  Of course, this is TOTALLY optionally but I want you to know your voice means a lot to me and I want to give you an opportunity to share how class is going. Also, don't feel like you have to answer every question:-).
