Why do you need to develop a Business Model?
Your business model is how you make money as it is the core piece of any company – whether it’s a start-up or a key player of any market. A dynamic business model will help you identify and complete the strategic objectives of your business. How you design or update your business model will be key in your everyday race to maximum results. This workshop has been designed to help entrepreneurs transform their business idea into a completed Business Plan. A plan that will help you get clear on what you need to do in order to succeed in your business. An expert will provide a framework and a guideline of developing business model.

About The Facilitator 
Zahin Hossain serves as a Startups Coordinator for Youth Co:lab, a joint program of the UNDP and Citi Foundation. She works with early-stage entrepreneurs to identify and coach them through growth opportunities. While originally from Canada, Zahin has been working in Asia and the Pacific over the past 6 years to drive innovation and accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. From spearheading the communications strategy for a regional $5 million Education Trust Fund at the Asian Development Bank to structuring access to funding, networks, and training for impact-focused startups in South Korea, Zahin thrives in innovation and creativity, harnessing networks, and driving results to transform business as usual. She holds a degree in Master in Business Administration from Hanyang University, specializing in International Business in Asian markets.

This workshops will focus on creating a network of changemakers, entrepreneurs, activists and innovators of the society who are working hard to ensure safe and sustainable post corona world. We promise a session of discussion, idea sharing and networking with like-minded professionals to create a safe and bright future. Through our events, we hope to create a network of social champions in our communities that are leading the way for better world. It will be a fun and interactive workshop held on Zoom, in English.
