Catalyst, SCAD's series of conversational interviews with company representatives, is here to help students shape the world around them by discussing different aspects of diversity and inclusion and how they relate to the world of work. But, awareness is not enough. Catalyst is a platform for students to ask questions directly to industry professionals and discuss actionable steps. It is here to foster ongoing dialogue about diversity and inclusion, year-round.
