I hereby allow Transportation Works! camp and other media that visits the camp to use my student's photo to promote the camp. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

TRANSPORTATION: I hereby allow Transportation Works! Camp to bring my student to/from business sites and college sites (including but not limited to: South Central College, Arnolds Implement, MSU-Mankato, Truck Center Companies) on a school bus during the 3 days of camp. *
