We're excited to continue the Optimalist Book Study by expanding it now into an ongoing series. In joining our book studies, you are actively helping to
inform our professional learning program for Focusable. Every 5 weeks, we will open enrollment to 25 people to join us in discussing a new book on focus, attention, and optimal experience.In this study, we'll look to continue connecting the science of attention + achieving focus, with the psychology and science of flow. How do focus and flow combine to create the ultimate experience? And in the case of schools, the optimal learning experience?
