W+H Performing Arts and Audio-Visual Summer Camp Application Form
Our Performing and Audio-Visual summer camp is open to students interested in the performance of musical theater repertoire, live and studio production, and everything relevant and in between these things. There are different required application materials for each category. You will be responsible for choosing which category of the camp you want to primarily focus on, and uploading the required materials, as well as answer the relevant questions, for that focus.

All applicants will need to submit two videos as described below. We recommend that you get your videos ready before completing this form. Don't worry, you'll get another chance to see these requirements at the end of the form where the submission instruction are.

PERFORMERS and HYBRID Applicants are required to submit separate videos of yourself performing two contrasting music selections; at least one selection should be from the musical theater repertoire. The second selection can be a song in any style of your choosing. Videos should be shot in horizontal (landscape/sideways) orientation, and should be 1080p HD quality and 30 fps.

AUDIO/VISUAL Applicants are required to submit two videos. One video introducing yourself to us. The second video should be a one-minute original short film that you have created. There are no parameters except that the videos should be shot in horizontal (landscape/sideways) orientation, and should be 1080p HD quality and 30 fps.
