Requests need to be submitted through this form to be considered. Counsellors, Learning Assistance Teachers or Administration will call or email you directly to discuss the request you have made for your student.

All requests will be considered. However, please note that a specific request may not be possible for various reasons, as there are many factors involved in scheduling a school the size of CNB Middle.
