CMBA Offence Declaration 2019-2020

The Cambridge Minor Baseball Association (CMBA) requires mandatory Police Record Checks (PRCs) checks of all Travel Coaches and House League Head Coaches.
The CMBA requires each person to submit a PRC once every three years. Please only submit one during that time. PRCs shall remain valid for three years upon which time you must resubmit your PSC. In the off years, you will be asked to submit an offence screening declaration.
