Donor Community Needs Assessment
Building Meaningful Engagement with Your Stakeholders

Welcome to the Donor Community Needs AssessmentWhen you bring together donors (funders, members, clients - however you refer to them!), do you often struggle to be really strategic or find it challenging to implement tactics in a meaningful and effective way?

We often hear questions like: How do we create a community with shared values or goals? In what ways do we measure the success of our community? How do we encourage donors to build relationships for long-lasting and impactful change? While it isn't always simple to answer these questions, creating an intentional, engaged, and action-focused community of donors is possible.

The Mesa's Donor Community Needs Assessment is here to help you identify and articulate the ways in which you are already building community well, and the ways to grow and improve. It is designed for groups of wealth holders and donors of all shapes and sizes, including funder collaboratives, donor networks, giving circles, and philanthropic funds. It can also be utilized by nonprofits that are looking to build stronger collaboration and connection with and amongst your donor portfolio.

Once you've filled out the quiz (should take you no more than 10 minutes), we will create a free, bespoke diagnostic that scores your community, and lays out strategies and an action plan to setting up it up for long-term success. Depending on volume of responses, we aim to do this within one week of submission.

Score each question out of 5, where 5 is your organizations' strongest agreement and 1 is your strongest disagreement.
