PSIA Interest Survey
Read through the PSIA brochure with your child. 
  • Please complete and submit this interest survey by September 22, 2023. 
  • At least one adult volunteer (parent, grandparent, etc..) is required to either coach a team OR volunteer by judging, scoring, or supervising at the event on Saturday, February 24, 2024. 
  • There is a registration/materials fee per event if a student is chosen for a team. 
  • Please fill out the form more than once for each child interested within your household. 
  • You may choose up to three events that your student would be interested in being tested for. If your child is only interested in one event, you only need to list one. 
  • Testing for an event does not guarantee a place on a team as spaces are limited per grade and per team. 
  • Students who are chosen for a team should commit to attending at least 3 team study meetings prior to the district meet. 
  • Student testing will begin after September 22nd and teams will be notified before Thanksgiving break.
