Community Needs Assessment 

The town of Nottingham, Parks and Recreation Department is gathering information to assess the parks and recreation interests, needs, and priorities of households in the Town of Nottingham. Your responses to the following questions are important to us. The information that you provide will assist in establishing priorities and a strategic direction for recreation provision in Nottingham. Please read each question carefully before responding, and please answer each question to the best of your ability. The survey should take between 10-15 minutes to complete.
