Museum Monday - Space Day! Registration Form
This form will provide the Museum of the Waxhaws staff with the information that is essential to allowing your child or children to attend the summer day camp. Your child's spot at summer day camp will not be secured until their ticket has been purchased on Eventbrite. THERE WILL BE NO TICKETS SALES THE DAY OF THE EVENT, SO ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BEFOREHAND. Tickets may sell out so we recommend purchasing them early as we cannot reserve tickets without payment. They will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. We highly recommend purchasing your child's ticket(s) before filling out this form to ensure they will have a spot reserved for the summer day camp.

PARENTS MUST FILL OUT A SEPERATE FORM FOR EACH CHILD ATTENDING THE SUMMER DAY CAMP!

There are only 30 tickets available for each summer camp day. We are limiting the tickets because we want to ensure that each child gets appropriate attention and can enjoy the camp without the children or out staff being overwhelmed. 

Tickets are $40 per child and will include admission to the museum, 2+ crafts, 2+ activities, and a themed goodie bag based on the theme for that summer camp day. Parents and guardians will drop off between 9:45am and 10:00 am, they can pick up at 1:00pm (or before if they need to). Children must bring a packed lunch, the Museum of the Waxhaws WILL NOT be providing lunches for summer camp days. Children should also bring a water bottle to use while they are here. The gift shop will also be open so if parents wish to send extra cash with their child they may do so. 

When children are picked up parents and guardians are free to explore the museum and homestead with their child at no additional cost!

Once you have registered and purchased a ticket, you will be emailed a liability waiver to fill out.
