The Maker Effect Foundation, our community partners, sponsors, and the maker community are excited to extend an invite for your Title I school students, chaperones, and educators to participate in the maker movement at Maker Faire Orlando.

If you are an educator affiliated with a Title 1 school and would like to bring a group of students to Maker Faire Orlando, we are offering free admission for teachers, students, and chaperones. We need some information from you in order to register your school group for the event. Please answer the questions below to help us understand a little more about your school, your students, and why you would like to attend Maker Faire Orlando. This is the first step in the process, we will then contact you if other information is needed, and will send a CONFIRMATION EMAIL once your school is registered to attend.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1) THIS IS A REGISTRATION FORM ONLY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW ONCE WE HAVE PROCESSED THE FORM AND HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION.

2) WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SCHOOL GROUPS THAT ARRIVE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT WITHOUT COMPLETING THIS PROCESS. THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THIS REQUEST FORM IS 15 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DAY. PLEASE SUBMIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND ALLOW 4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RESPONSE.

3) ALL GROUP MEMBERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE CONTACT PERSON LISTED BELOW.
