DATE: Sunday, December 10th
TIME:  11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Setauket Neighborhood House, 95 Main Street, Setauket (indoors!)

TYPE OF EVENT: Our Winter Market returns the Three Village Historical Society (TVHS). The event will be focused on providing a space for the community to shop locally and support small business. This event will be open to everyone. 

TICKET TYPE: EVENT WILL BE FREE TO THE PUBLIC

BOOTH AVAILABILITY:  The event is open to artists, artisans, jewelers, crafters, bakers, makers, and small businesses with gift products to sell. This event is indoors and can host up to 32 vendor spaces. Please note that all food items must be packaged. No open food or drink is allowed at the event.

TABLE SET-UP: Each vendor gets a 8 ft x 8 ft space. You are able to set up the space with your tables & chairs how you like it. Products & displays may be on your tables and on the floor surrounding. *Please note: nothing may be placed on or leaned against the walls. A limited amount of tables & chairs are available for free. Please note on your application if you would like a rectangular or round table and two chairs. If you are bringing your own table, it must have rubber bottoms on the legs.

BOOTH PRICING:
$100 for five hours on one day

MARKETING: Our pricing includes photo captures throughout the day, personalized social media graphics for your business to promote the event, and cross-promotion on our socials via Three Village Historical Society and Three Village Farmers & Artisans Market.

APPLICATIONS: All applications are considered in the order they are received. There is no promise of exclusivity, but every effort will be made to not duplicate specialty items. Once approved, vendors will receive a confirmation email with payment options. Until the vendor fee is paid, your space is not guaranteed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept all forms of credit, check or cash. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card processing.
You will receive a confirmation email and link to submit payment upon acceptance of application.

REFUND POLICY: NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS FULL CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT The decision to cancel will be made by the Three Village Historical Society, no later than 24 hours in advance of the event. Vendors will be notified via email, text, or phone call. The event is indoors. Inclement weather will be taken into account in regards to safety while traveling. Vendor cancellations: All cancellation requests once paid must be made in writing no later than November 26, 2023 and are granted at the discretion of Three Village Historical Society. Please note that there are no refunds for vendor cancellations within 14 days of the event.
