Rally For Reid Football and Spirit Camp Scholarship Nomination Form:  Friday June 21st, 2024
The Rally For Reid Foundation will award 20-25 scholarships for children who otherwise wouldn't be able to attend the football -OR- spirit camp due to financial constraints. The first 35 applications will be accepted. Please complete this form to nominate a child for free admission to the Rally for Reid Football Camp taking place on Friday, June 21st at Jack & Pat Busch Stadium in Davenport, Iowa -OR- the Rally For Reid Spirit Camp taking place on Friday, June 21st at St. Vincent's Athletic Complex. Parental consent is required prior to completing the nomination and transportation for the child to and from camp must be arranged.  

Nominations are due by May 30, 2024

Scholarships will be announced on June 1, 2024.  You will be contacted via email.
