The form must be completed by clubs who have arranged out-of-province training, camps, clinics or competitions for athletes, coaches, and/or judges.

Activities submitted on this form will be used towards:
  • GNL Yearly Member Analysis
  • The accumulation of Coach Professional Development Points for GNL Annual Awards
  • Application to GCG for the approval of CAC coach certification PD Points (only activities submitted to GNL at least 4 weeks prior to the event will be forwarded)
  • Approval of travel and extension of GNL insurance
